Consultation Policy for Immigration Services and Business Setup
This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing consultations provided by ZF Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding immigration services and business setup. By scheduling and attending a consultation, you (“you” or “client”) agree to the terms outlined below.
Consultations are designed to provide preliminary information and guidance regarding immigration processes, visa options, business setup procedures, legal requirements, and related matters. They serve as an opportunity to discuss your specific situation, needs, and objectives. Consultations do not constitute legal advice. Any information provided during a consultation is general in nature and should not be considered a substitute for professional legal counsel.
We offer different types of consultations, each with its own fee structure:
- Initial Consultation: (e.g., 30 minutes): For immediate advice and assessment of urgent migration needs. This consultation does not include a written report and the fee for this consultation is BDT 5000.
- Detailed Consultation: (e.g., 60 minutes): This in-depth consultation includes a written report analysing your unique circumstances to identify the most appropriate immigration program. The fee for this consultation is BDT 13,500.
- Business Migration Consultation: Designed for business owners and entrepreneurs, this specialized consultation covers business immigration programs, family migration strategies and pathways to residency and citizenship, culminating in a detailed report. The fee for this consultation is BDT 20,000.
- Business Company Setup Consultation: This consultation is tailored for individuals and organisations planning to establish a business in Bangladesh, Australia, Canada, UK, USA or Europe. Our services include advising on legal structures, registration processes, regulatory compliance, and other essential aspects of business formation. The fee for this consultation is BDT 15,000.
We can look at rescheduling your appointment to another time if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of information shared during consultations. However, please be aware that certain information may be required to be disclosed by law.
We are not lawyers and do not provide legal advice. The information provided during a consultation is for informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal advice. We strongly recommend that you consult with a qualified legal professional for any legal advice related to immigration or business setup.
As some case research may take place before your scheduled appointment, we do not offer full refunds for cancelled appointments. However, we take exceptional circumstances beyond your control into consideration thus we consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Typically, cancellations incur a BDT 3000 penalty fee, including payment processing fees.
For example, if a user mistakenly books, the cancellation fee would still apply, as there is administrative and system management work involved in handling both the booking and the cancellation.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the information provided during a consultation. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the consultation.
We reserve the right to modify this consultation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
This Consultation Policy shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
